After a very successful season the Cross-Country boys and girls went to the district 28-6A 3 mile race. During that race the boys Cross-Country placed first overall. The individual placements for the boys were William Potter, 2nd, Thomas Hinojosa, 3rd, Edward Irizarry, 9th, and Tristan Hunter-Galvan in 10th place. The Cross-Country girls did just as great with finishing 2nd overall. Individually we have Catalina Cerda in 4th place and Deborah Salcido in 9th.
During the class 6A Regionals Brandeis’ Cross-Country boys finished 2nd in the 5K race. Finishing 6th place individually was Thomas Hinojosa. In 7th place overall was the Brandeis’ Cross-Country girls. Unfortunately, none of the girls placed individually. No matter what though we are so proud of this Cross-Country team!
