With many things coming up students talk about the baseball team and the magnet schools they used to attend.

Baseball season has started and some of the players talk about their goals and how it’s like to be on the team.

“Some personal goals this year is to be first time on district and make it to the play-offs again,” junior Mario Deleon said.

“The team is really close and we’re always around each other so I say it’s a brotherhood,” junior Ryan Kalka said.

Magnet schools are had to get accepted in but some schools are not the best choice. Some drop-out students talk about their experience in these magnet schools.

“It wasn’t fun at all. My grades started to drop because they reflected how much I liked it, which was not at all. I had no motivation to do my work,” magnet drop-out Jason Dick said.
