The Mandalorian is a series inside the Star Wars universe specifically set five years after Return of the Jedi. The show has an old western movie feel but add some lasers. It follows a Mandalorian bounty hunter,played by Pedro Pascal who wears an armored suit and helmet. Which is similar to Boba Fett’s who is another character in the Star Wars franchise. The series contains new and old characters like Moff Gideon, Ahsoka Tano, and the beloved Baby Yoda.
The Mandalorian or Mando for short travels through the galaxy looking for fugitives and criminals and turns them in for rewards. One day Mando is tasked with a high stakes but more importantly high paying job. Little does Mando know this job changes the course of his life.
The cinematography for The Mandalorian is absolutely stunning and I’d say equal to those of the films. The CGI and visual effects are amazing. Some of the characters require those and it looks totally realistic. As you watch It feels as if you’re watching on the big screen. The series is action filled , has a good story line, and has amazing characters.
Overall I’d say The Mandalorian is worth the Disney + subscription and the watch. I’d highly recommended this series if you’re a fan of Star Wars or just on the lookout for action packed shows. I’m looking forward to seeing much more of this spinoff and what’s in store.
