From our 6th grade class, we have Lillyana Ureka who is teaching herself how to play the ocarina. What is ocarina you might ask yourself, well so did I.
“It’s the instrument from Zelda!” Lillyana brightened at the name of her favorite new hobby.
Lillyana started teaching herself how to play this in competition with her cousin. According to her Aunt and Uncle, the best player gets to pick everything they do for a full day.
Since there aren’t many how-to videos, she listens to songs on YouTube and then plays the ocarina by ear. So there you have it, that’s our #funfeaturefriday with Lillyana and her unique hobby/talent of playing the ocarina.
