Dearest gentle reader, the long-awaited third season of Bridgerton will be released on May 16th, with a second part coming on June 13th.

Bridgerton shares the dramatic stories of the marriages of the Bridgerton family children, starting with Daphne and her marriage to Simon in season one. 

Their stories include the best scandals and drama of the ton, as told by narrator Lady Whistledown. Daphne’s story, for example, starts with her being crowned the ‘diamond of the season,’ yet conflict with her brother leads to her losing desirability in the marriage market.

Daphne then turns to Simon and they begin to act as fake partners however, they begin to develop true feelings for each other, and in a turn of events, they get married very quickly.

The first season really did capture the enticing story of their relationship and kept watchers on their seats wondering what was going to happen next. Their growing relationship struck hearts as watchers saw them fall for each other and overcome obstacles.

The second season was even better as Anthony Bridgertion finally entered the marriage market as one of the most sought-after bachelors.

While Anthony chased after Edwina Sharma, who was this season’s diamond, he hadn’t realized his growing feelings for her sister, Kate, until he was at the alter and Edwina witnessed it herself.

In true enemies-to-lovers fashion, Anthony and Kate’s story was full of twists and turns that caused nail-biting and worrying but had the most relieving ending once they finally got together.

As the next season’s release comes closer and closer, viewers are excited to see the love story between Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington. 

Many resonate with Pen as she demonstrates the youth and longing many have experienced with their own romantic crushes.

The hit series is enticing many viewers and has already been renewed for a fourth season which is said to be coming in Fall of 2025.
